Billing, Cancellation & Refund Terms
Clear charges. Separate implementation and software billing.

The production release permits owner-gated activation of Starter, Growth and Professional SaaS subscriptions with automatic tax. Public checkout remains restricted. Choosing a package, adding a plan or sending an inquiry does not authorize a subscription.
- Client acceptance of price and billing terms.
- A retained signed agreement.
- Documented implementation completion.
- Explicit owner approval for client go-live.
- Valid recurring-payment authorization.
Implementation, consulting, training, third-party CRM services, customization and mixed engagements remain quote-only. Test-only paths remain non-binding.
Test payments use sandbox funds. Test acknowledgments are non-binding and do not authorize real payments, a live subscription or real service activation.
Software renews monthly until cancelled
Monthly software renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel future renewals to stop the next charge. Current paid-period services remain available; prorated refunds are not promised unless required by law or approved by AIBCS.
Software charges are separate from implementation. The accepted quote identifies the package, agreed scope and any separately approved charges. No six-month minimum commitment is created by these monthly terms.
Implementation and PROMO50
The normal first installment is 50% of the full standard implementation fee, due at the beginning of the engagement to schedule or start work. The remaining balance is due at client acceptance. PROMO50 credits 50% of the full implementation fee, capped at $1,000, against that final balance once per onboarding project. Software is not discounted by PROMO50.

A $0 final balance is recorded as satisfied by the credit; no $0 Stripe payment is created. Custom work or a separately approved schedule must be stated in the quote before acceptance. Taxes and third-party services, where applicable, must be disclosed and confirmed separately before live checkout.
Implementation cancellation and refunds
Before work begins
Before AIBCS begins implementation work, you may request cancellation and a refund of the implementation amount paid.
After work begins
After implementation begins, fees earned or attributable to work performed are generally non-refundable. If AIBCS cancels or cannot deliver for reasons attributable to AIBCS, unearned implementation amounts will be refunded appropriately. Legally required or specifically approved refunds remain available.
Cancel future subscription renewals
Contact inquiries@aibcs.net with your business name and order or subscription reference to request cancellation of future renewals, an implementation cancellation or a refund review. Future-renewal cancellation stops the next recurring charge. It does not retroactively cancel services already provided in the current paid period. Completed billing periods are not automatically refunded solely because you later cancel.
Contact AIBCS for cancellation or refund review of an authorized subscription. Existing approvals and financial audit history remain in effect. This website remediation does not enable automated refunds or alter existing client billing status.
Your acknowledgment before payment
Before entering Checkout, review the selected package, recurring software price, full implementation fee, amount due now, remaining obligation and promotion credit. An unchecked acknowledgment asks you to affirm the recurring billing and cancellation terms. A test acknowledgment never enables live charging. An authorized LIVE subscription requires all five gates listed above.
Privacy and existing commitments
The existing privacy information continues to apply. These terms do not broaden AIBCS data-use rights. More client-favorable existing approved commitments and applicable legal requirements remain respected.
